Terms of Service

These draft terms outline how UpAlert.ai provides synthetic monitoring and related services. Finalized agreements will be shared with customers during onboarding.

1. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned via verified email addresses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

Use UpAlert.ai to monitor properties you own or are authorized to test. Automated attacks, illegal content, or attempts to bypass third-party security controls are prohibited.

3. Data handling

We store screenshots, run logs, and configuration metadata to deliver the service. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and retention policies can be configured per project.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate upon notice. We may suspend service for violations of these terms or to prevent harm. Refunds follow the billing agreement.
