Information we collect

Email addresses for account creation, check configurations, synthetic run metadata, and artifacts such as screenshots or console logs. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How we use information

To deliver monitoring runs, alert you on incidents, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Aggregated analytics help us shape the roadmap without exposing your proprietary data.

Your rights

Request access, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@signalkit.com. We respond within 30 days and honor all applicable regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

Subprocessors

Core infrastructure runs on DigitalOcean and Cloudflare. Email delivery relies on Customer.io. We maintain up-to-date records and DPAs with each provider.
